As the practice of international trade is intertwined with the application of a broad range of disciplines and professions, TA Trade approaches its clients’ concerns from a strategic and multidisciplinary perspective. All systemic aspects of a government agency’s or private organization’s technical and legal operations are assessed, and compliance and opportunity optimization levels in relation to trade and customs rules and regulations at the bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels, are analyzed.

The TA team consists of people drawn from a variety of backgrounds, including ex-senior government officials, international trade lawyers, economists, accountants, bankers and seasoned private sector practitioners. The TA Trade team has familiarity, expertise, and experience in the application of international trade rules (WTO, AFTA, GSP, etc.) to realize customs duty savings, mitigate delay-causing customs compliance issues, and unlock market access facilities.
