Following the DTI’s denial of its Petition for safeguard measures on importations of sodium tripolyphosphates (STPP), CAWC has filed a Petition for Review before the Court of Tax Appeals. The said Petition calls for a review and reversal of the DTI Order dated 06 February 2007 dismissing CAWC’s request for safeguard measures.
